Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel orders that have not yet been packed. However, please note that we have a high order processing flow and therefore cannot guarantee that a change is possible.
If you have not yet received your shipping confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If cancellation is not possible, you will need to return your order once it has been delivered.
