If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and any safe drop-off spots around your property first, as carriers sometimes leave parcels in a sheltered location.
If you still can’t locate it after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
